        Loved your question!I hope I can efficiently give you some answers!First let me start with the transition of you wanting to go into business of your own.A cleansing would be a great way to start.Making sure career,fame/rank,knowledge and helpful areas(and even the enitre room which you are basing this)are clutter free and rid of things you no longer need,use or appreciate.The Bagua can be used in this room(basing the entire scope of Bagua starting with the entrance portion(career/ears)at the main entrance of the room)or some like to obtain the blue print of your entire living quarters and place the bagua over the main entrance of home to find which portions of your home hold the strongets points of the areas your trying to improve.

      Once youve designated the where,and after a nice cleaning through,a good way to cleanse the energies that may have become stagnant is with sage or orange peels.You can either burn sage in an incense burner or take the orange peels or sage with some water in a potpurri burner.I prefer the orange peels.If you think of it-anytime the aroma of oranges(be it room deodorizer spray in citrus,fresh oranges,citrus cleaning supplies) are in your presence-they have a real uplifting appeal to them.I always love having the Glade citrus around for daily spraying.

 

   You didnt mention which business you were thinking of going into,but one way to get those juices flowing is to have something that kind of symbolises what youre seeking in the areas of knowledge,career & help.Perhaps some books or magazines about  the field youre considering on a bookshelf or small table in your knowledge corner.If you have room,a small fountain would be great(the constant flow of the knowledge you seek).Anything symbolizing strenght would be good here as well.A lion statue or artwork--anyhting for that matter which would signify a strenght for you(lions are something that I personally go for).

 

     I'm assuming youre hoping to be a financial success in this business.A leafy plant(round leaves preferred) placed in your career sector(perhaps next to the entrance way)or in your wealth sector will signify an abundance for you.Another idea is utilizing the fame/rank power area.Perhaps a wreath or garland swag with a big red bow on the wall or above doorway.

 

   In your help sector,this would be a great place to have your phone.Maybe your phone book or roledex with significant phone numbers and resources on hand.Maybe even a photo of a friend or family member who would be of great help & support while working on your goals.A mirror in this area might also be helpful(along with your suggestions)to reflect the "draining " energy back into the room.

 

    As far as your creative/children area,I've always been told a photo of your child/children  is a must have!To enhance the creative energies something that was made(arts & crafts,etc)by you or your child is of great value here.Possibly soemthing that was made for you (by friend/family)which you believe is creative and is of value to you.

 

   The most important thing I must stress is that you must enjoy the things that you are surrounding your home with.A lion statue placed in your career sector for strength is of no value if you dont think its beautiful & enjoy it anyway.Use your taste & whats good for your home.Also,dont overdue it all at once.Intention with the art of placement means alot.After cleansing,start slow and know your areas and why youre placing soemthing there-acknowledge it.Go room by room.Feng shui'ing your whole house quickly could bring too much rapid energy change & can actually make you very sick.

I will work around this slowly and carefully!  I just wanted to know what you thought about the storage in my "proseperity" corner as well as the hidden and boxed little chinese statues of the lovers that I still have stashed away?  can this be of use to me?  Is storage in this area "bad chi"?

Storage in your proseperity corner is okay as long as it isnt a junk corner or a bunch of clutter.This would cause the energy there to stagnant along with your prosperity.If storage is a must there--just keep it as organized as you can and place (with intention)something that symbolizes proseprity.You can use the color cures(purple,red or blue) ,big round leafy plants(abundance),or just something in your home that signifies proseperity in the way youre looking for it.

   The statue of Chineese lovers you have would be best utilized in your partnership corner.Remember as well,only use them if you enjoy the beauty of them.
