It's the first day of Spring here in Taranaki, New Zealand - well all of NZ of course - and the little birds are hollering their heads off, bulbs are bursting into flower and the sun is warmer. It's been a l o n g wet and cold winter and we welcome it with all our hearts! Just wanted to share that with you. love aqua ![](emrainbow.gif) |

I'm so jealous, it seems our summer has gone too fast here in Canada. It's a beautiful day and hot but fall is around the corner. I'm not ready for winter! Too much to do! I have a girlfriend who now lives in Queenstown NZ who should be complaining soon about the hot weather while we are freezing our butts here. Spring always makes me feel like a new start, anything can happen and you can make it better for yourself. Enjoy the new start of life over there in NZ. I just love that time of year! |

Spring brings new life. Enjoy! It has cooled down so much. I haven't had to run the air conditioner in order to breath. Asthma has been horendous this summer. Had to have oxygen. We just got over the remenents of Hurrican Gustav this week. Had two days of almost continuous rain, branches down in front and back yard. Neighbor has branch down on his utility unit. When I work up this morning the sun was shinning. What a relief. I can take cold or miserable weather as long as the sun shines. I know what you mean about spring coming. I am doing a happy dance for you. |
