STRAWBERRY PIE Can make this with or without a crust. You can also use frozen berries if you thaw them before making the pie.
9 inch pie pan
Fill pie pan 1/2 to 3/4 full of chunked fresh strawberries �?1 lb
In a saucepan: Mix
One Cook N Serve Sugar Free vanilla - a small one
1 cup LC milk
One small Sugar Free strawberry jello or strawberry kiwi
1 1/2 cups of water
Mix all well..with a whisk and bring to boil...Then pour over the strawberries in the pie pan..Refrigerate until set..Slice like you would a pie..and serve with topping..
Can also use blueberries, blackberries with rasberry jello and white chocolate pudding.
STRAWBERRY RHUBHARB version
Fill pie plate with sliced strawberries
Cook:
2 big sticks of rhubarb, chopped
1 1/2 cups of water
2 Tbs. splenda
Put this in a small saucepan and cook until rhubarb is very, very soft..Let it cool down..keep it in pan.
Add: 1 small pkg. of SF strawberry jello
1/2 small pkg of Cook and Serve vanilla pudding
Mix the pudding/jello into the cooled rhubarb mixture and stir very, very well..Then return to the stove and cook again until boiling for a minute..
Pour over pie pan filled with sliced strawberries..cool..
