| Mrs Beda Hallberg Since 1907 every spring you can buy a pretty little flower, the May Flower. These flowers are sold by children of 9 - 12 years age. May Flower is the oldest organisation in the world for aid of children. The goal is to help Swedish children and youngsters who are handicapped, sick or have social needs. In the start the organisation was focused to the TBC sick children. At the time in 1907 the tuberculoses was a killer in Sweden. The May Flower fondation was started by Mrs. Beda Hallberg. Her engagement in social careespecially of children in need was unlimited. A few days before 1 st of May you can buy this little flower and wear it on your collar.
