2 Pounds Corned Beef Brisket -- Up To 2 1/2 Pounds
1 Medium Onion -- Chopped
1 10 Oz package Frozen Baby Carrots
1/2 Small Cabbage -- Shredded
1 Cup Water
1/4 Cup Red Wine Vinegar
Place corned beef in a slow cooker. Top with onion, carrots, water and wine vinegar.
Cover and cook on low for 8 to 9 hours or until meat is tender. Remove from cooker;
slice and serve. serves 6.
