Yes it is true ! Snowden is mine now. He is my birthday present. 
I was going to ask my hubby tomorrow on my birthday, but he just called from work to say he has to work late tonite and tomorrow because his other job (part time) called and needs him to do some bus runs in Minneapolis and St. Paul. He in fact works till midnite tonite and tomorrow. So I will be spending my time alone on my birthday this year.
It made me so sad that I decided to just go ahead and ask him about Snowden now. Because if he said yes, then at least that would cheer me up a whole lot. So I told him how Snowden has won my heart totally and why just as I have described to you all. He was so nice about it. He understood completely and said if I truly loved this little kitten that I could keep him. 
But he also said no more fostering kittens. So in the future when some of our cats pass away and I get another new kitten, I may bring home a new one but no foster playmate for it.
So I understand and agree with him. I have fostered newborn kittens that needed rescue that had no Mom in the past and was able to let them go. But I have to admit on closer examination, one always stayed with us. 
So in other words any newborn kittens without a Mom could only stay a short time with me and have to get to my sister's place ASAP. LOL LOLL OLL
But congratulate my "Lil Snow" and put up your finest cat graphics for me to see. And maybe tomorrow on my birthday you could do more of that to. I will have something to look forward to then! And also show my hubby how my cat friends support Snowden and I and also my little Bindi kitten.
Thanks all ! And i have to say it is relief not to be worrying over whether or not my hubby will allow me to keep Snowden on my birthday. So makes my birthday look a little brighter now despite hubby having to be gone!
