+30° is warm, i always thought sweden would be cooler than that. we have winter here (on the Gold Coast Australia) with temperatures ranging from +10°C at night, to +22 - 25°C during the day.
well i hope the remicade continues to work for u. have u ever thought of putting your feet alternately in hot & cold water for pain relief? it may also help you.
