Before Kaeli came into our lives she was a castaway feral who
was cast outside for three months in the winter of 1999.
She had a hard and cruel life before she entered our lives.
She gave us so much joy and happiness. She was safe, warm, and loved
from the cruel outside world in our house.
We spent the precious few remaining hours on the bed huddled up together.
I cuddled and talked to her, and pet her and told her how much
I loved her and it was hard to let go. She seemed to understand
what I was saying looking at me with those now dull cloudy eyes that
had always been a sparkling blue and full of life. We both knew it was her
time to go peacefully at the vets. She just couldn't hang on any longer.
I will miss you until the day I die, our dearest Kaeli.

Rest in Peace my Love.
