Marinated Bean Salad   - 1 lb. can cut green beans  
 - 1 lb. can cut wax beans  
 - 1 lb. can kidney beans  
 - 1/2 cup chopped green pepper  
 - red onion slices, a few  
 - 1 teaspoon salt  
 - 1 teaspoon black pepper 
    Drain the beans and combine in a medium-sized bowl. Add the green pepper, onion, salt, and black pepper.   Marinade:    -  
1/3 cup sugar    -  
2/3 cup vinegar    -  
1/3 cup vegetable oil     Combine, pour over vegetables and mix gently. Refrigerate for several hours before serving.   |
