Hazel's Broccoli Salad  - 7 c. raw broccoli  
 - 1 c. raisins  
 - 1 small red onion, chopped  
 - 12 slices bacon  
 - 2 tablespoons vinegar  
 - 1 c. mayonnaise  
 - 1/4 c. sugar 
  Cook the bacon till crisp, drain on paper towels, then break into small pieces. Cut the broccoli into bite-sized pieces. Combine all ingredients, let stand in refrigerator for 1 hour.   |
