This tea is tasting very good chilled and it is easy to prepare. All you need is tea-leaf and cold water.

Put two tea-spoons of chinese tea in  a jug. Pour on cold water and let it stay for some hours or till the next day. Strain the tea, serve with  some ice cubes. If you prefer it sweet, you can ad some sugar to it.

I spend lazy hours under the shady lime-tree sipping my ice-tea, talking quietly to the elegant mr Swan gliding in the lake. I try to count the innumerable butterflies. Or I go down to the stream where the air is fresh and cool. All the birds are twittering  most intensively there while the sun is sparkling and the water playing and singin poems.

Hi Jean-Marie! The tea is really refreshing. The taste is different to the hot tea. It is also so easy to prepare. You can also try lemon to it.

Sit down, relax and enjoy!
