C= cup T=table spoon
   2 c evaporated Milk  2 c sugar  2 eggs (slightly beaten)  2 t All Purpose Flour  2 or 3 t cocoa (depends on how chocolatey you like it!)  1/4 c butter (1/2 stick)  1 c chopped pecans  1 c shredded coconut  1/4 tsp salt  1 tsp vanilla 
   Mix well then pour into one 10 inch pie crust or two 8 inch pie crusts. Bake at 350 degrees until set in the middle (about 30 minutes.)     Cool thoroughly and enjoy!  |
