Ingredients

1 beef roast

1 pkg. Hidden Valley Ranch Dressing Mix

1 pkg. Brown Gravy Mix

1 pkg. Italian Dressing Mix

Water

Procedure

Place roast in baking dish.  Combine mixes in small bowl; sprinkle over roast.  Pour enough water in to cover bottom of dish.  Cover and bake at 350 for 2 - 3 hours. 

 

Or, place in crock pot and cook all day.
