Ingredients
2 gal. Tomatoes, peeled and cored 12 large Green Peppers, chopped 12 large Onions, chopped 5 Jalapeno Peppers, chopped 1 C. Apple Cider Vinegar 2 Tbs. Garlic Powder Salt to taste 1 C. Brown Sugar 3 large cans Tomato Paste
2 gal. Tomatoes, peeled and cored

12 large Onions, chopped
5 Jalapeno Peppers, chopped
1 C. Apple Cider Vinegar
2 Tbs. Garlic Powder
Salt to taste
1 C. Brown Sugar
3 large cans Tomato Paste
Procedure
Cook all ingredients except tomato paste until onions and green peppers are tender. Add tomato paste. Cook until thick and boiling. Pour into hot jars and seal.
