BLUEBERRY PANCAKES
  
 Yield: 6 Pancakes
 Combine in bowl:  
 - 1 c. flour
- 1 t. baking soda
- 1/2 t - 1 t. salt
 Stir together:
 - 1 c. buttermilk
- 1 egg
- 1 T. butter, melted
 Add wet ingredients to dry.  Stir lightly.  Blend in 1/3 to 1/2 cup of blueberries.
 Let stand for at least five minutes.
 Bake on griddle sprayed with Pam: 350 degrees.
