The white flowers are the meadowsweet. It is a medical herb which you can
use instead of painkillers. You use the dried herb and make a tea of it.
It works on very bad head ache and rheumatoid pain and it really works! Meadowsweet is growing in damp meadows, ditches and bogs, at edges of ponds, on river banks and in damp open woodland.
