Somewhere, recently... I saw these photos... can't think where. I was made goose bumpley then and just now, again... considering the Polar Bear's reputed disposition, isn't this an incredulous thing?!
They were widely circulating in email about year ago or so. Polar bears are the largest land carnivore in North America. They are at the top of the food chain, have no natural predators, and will literally eat anything that moves.
My first thought when I saw this was, "He's playing with his food."
