Dear All

Mr David Langley was arrested over allegations of child abuse, but no charges have been brought in this matter.

This is a press release in regard to this matter:

"In March of this year an allegation of historic sexual abuse was made to police.

This allegation was thoroughly investigated and led to the arrest of a 64-year-old man who was later given police bail pending further enquiries.

The case was presented to the CPS earlier in September, and the CPS has decided there is insufficient evidence for any prosecution.

As a result, the 64-year-old has been released from police bail with no further action."

So unless any new person(s) are forthcoming, then we have to consider the case closed.

If you have any information or views relating to this matter, then I advise that you go to the parallel Quantock Abuse site where this can be dealt with.

I don't believe that this is the correct forum to discuss this matter further, so please respect this decision and refrain from posting further messages here. Any such messages will be deleted

Thanks

Mike
