Dear All,

It would appear that my submission of the Quantock School Website has paid off - entering 'Quantock+School' leads to the site being listed at No. 2 on the Altavista rankings. Yay!

- Now there is NO excuse for all of you top get back to me with your biographies. To make it easier, they should follow this format:

- An introduction, including a summary which can be included on the top of the section.

- A history of your years at the school - include the years you were there, the people you encountered, the various anecdotes from ages past etc etc

- An overview of the teachers and other staff you encountered.

COME ON PEOPLE, I HAVE TAKEN THE TIME TO BUILD THIS THING - OK, THOSE OF YOU THAT KNOW ME WELL WOULD DESCRIBE ME AS A NARCISSISTIC INDIVIDUAL WHO WOULD LOVE HIMSELF ENOUGH TO BUILD A SCHOOL SITE AND DEVOTE IT TO HIMSELF, BUT I ASSURE YOU THIS THIS IS NOT THE CASE! SO GET WRITING AND LETS GET THIS SHOW ON THE ROAD!!!

OK Ok, sorry Rick, I have had a few problems like Euro 2000 which have interrupted my ability to type, but I will try to get you something by next monday....! It's in print, for all to read now, so no more delays for me!!! It may be the first draft, at a later date I might wana submit a slightly altered version, I presume your amenable... Mike ----------------- PS how do you get all the fancy fonts, bolds and italic options.... paste from word? Hrmmm lets try.... Bold, italic, RED FONT IN CAPS�?well did it work�?.?

Blakey,

I don't know if you are using an antiquated machine but for this series of wonderful special effects I decided to use the functions that sit above the little pad into which I am now typing this.

As Mrs Down(s) may or may not have said,
