Yes, there was a reunion back around '96 and I (along with my brother)
attended. It was organised by the School itself and seemed to be part
reunion part selling pitch to attract kids of former inmates to attend.

There were about 5 people there from my time - I remember Clifford Puttock
was there as well as Chris Crockett, also Nasser((?) B1 on the '67 school
photo). A couple of others too whose names I cannot remember.

Big P and Mrs P were there along with Phil and other current (then) staff
plus Mr. Caldwell. Gerry stayed indoors as he was nor well enough to attend.

I was invited by the school and (not suprisingly) a charge was made to cover
the afternoon tea.

I was at the '96 reunion. The Taylor brothers were there (left 77) Maurice and Chris Crockett and a few others. I believe that it was a ditched attempt to gain positive publicity and support. Gerry was there albeit rather subdued and the Peasters. It was a hot and sunny day and pictures were taken. The spread at lunch time was well worth the fee charged and the day ended on the front tennis court. Phil brought his Goldstar out and parked it next to Cyman Taylor's Duke 916...the bike chat seemed endless! I shall try and make the next (mini?) reunion and who knows may convince my reluctant brother to come!

Regarding the friends reunited (FRU) site ...

I think a really good way to get new members to join The QS-MSN community from the "FRU" site is to alter your member profiles on the "FRU" site to recomemnd this site in your profile. Word of mouth goes a long way ...

Mike

PS I have put links form the FRU site to this site,

Mike
