Hi Kunzite2,
I am the person Tami said uses a heated therapy pool to help with pain and muscle spasms, you want to make sure that the pool is heated to at least 94 degrees. A regular community pool is bad, they only keep them at the olimpic temp of 78 degrees and thats way too cold for RSD and it will cause terrible spasms and it also caused me to cramp up...remember 94 depree therapy pool only.
Go out into the deeper water, just above your shoulders, that will take the weight off off your body and the water will lift you somewhat...let it! Most therapy pools have stryofoam floating devices, put one under your arms and let your body just hang there and relax and streach out. There is such a thing as a pool therapist, i used one for a while and she helped a lot....check it out! K?
