Hi Sillyme208,

I started with RSD in my left hand and when it spread to the entire arm it crossed over my cervical spine and went down to T8(where the sympathetic nerves come out of the spine) then over to the entire right arm...now I had already had 2 carpel tunnel surgeries on my right hand and a right ulner nerve transposition so the RSD had nerve damage it could follow so It most likely wont do that to you. The good news I can give you is that Upper Eppidurals in the C spine have knocked down the spinal pain for up to 7 months at a time for me and it even cools off my arms a bit to where I cut down on my meds a bit.....but dont let it freak you out, its survivable and wont kill you :)

Best wishes

Frank
