One of my clients, hair has turned green. I think it is because of her water. How do you suggest I get it out?

A really good way to get green out of hair that is caused by harmful minerals or clorine in the water is Malibu 2000. Read the directions on the back of the packet for instructions for various problems. I have found this method to work: mix 2 ounces of crystal gel treatment to 2 ounces of hot water (double or more the amount to longer hair),apply to shampooed hair, place client under the dryer for 45 min, shampoo, towel dry, apply the protein treatment, place client back under the dryer for an additional 10 min, then rinse, and condition. Be sure to suggest to the client to have their water fixed if possible also.

The way I remove green is a little bleach and shampoo, it's gone in a matter
of mins.

The problem with the bleach and shampoo method to remove green it is more damaging and does alter the pigments.  I use the Malibu Demineralization Crystals.  It is just great for removing the minerals in the hair from tap or well water without any damage. IF a client has a severe fadage problem theis product is great before a color application because sometimes there are so many deposits in the hair shaft that we are coloring the junk inside the hair instead of the hair itself.  Then when the junk washes out the color washes out with it. Infact the hair feels heathier afterwards.
Give it a try!
