I have never been able to understand how people can hurt others on purpose. It makes no sense the person doing the hurting is hurt much more in their soul!
True, we do live in an age of immediate gratification, that is why people miss out on so much. Things that take time are usually the best part.
I agree, it is the selfishness of this society that makes you useless unless you are in sight and can be conveinent!!!! My dad is in an assisted living home, there are so many people there with so very much to give!!!! Whenever we go we say hello to everyone we see. We have made a few friends there that are so wonderful and have so much to tell. Our two grandkids go to visit my dad often enough that they are known throughout the Villa :)
It is so sad that people are missing out on what they have to say because once they are gone it is gone too!!!!!
