Hello folks, we talked at length about discipline the other night in chat.....and i wanted to add that discipline in the words we choose is equally important as any other form of self-discipline...in my opinion. I know i suffer from...run-off-at-the-mouth-itis...and this has brought me much grief in many areas of my life.....from my personal relationships....to my business colleagues....to the ppl I speak with in the chats. If I had only taken a moment, a breather ...to find the right words...how much pain, sorry, misunderstanding... I would have eliminated.
Well, that's my 2 cents on this subject...but the realization is worth more than that to me.
