The following was a vision given to Creesong by her guide "The Old One" to share with us.

How to Weather a Storm

The Old One has just spoken to me... He has given me a message and
asked that I share it with all of you:

He sits here and says that many here tonight are like the great oak they
stand strong against the rain and the wind they don't bow and they dont
bend. And in doing this they loose many branches.

He said the great oak's sister, the willow, stands humbly with her head
bowed. When the winds and the rains come she bows her head and
sways with the force. When the storm passes there is the great oak and
there is the humble willow. The willow once again raises her head, but
the oak is broken and bent.

The Old One says it is better to go with the storm than stand against it.
Then you become a part and that which is not a part can be broken.
That which is a part shall stand.... He says to learn to be humble as the
willow ........bend with the storm but do not break and again you will
raise your head when all is past.

He has finished speaking.
