OOBE: Out Of Body Experience
Travelers' Advisory: If you know and understand Protection technique, employ one as a daily tonic. The Methods summarized below Do Not include Protection methodology - and that's fine. Protection is highly personal and designed around your Protocol. Projection is a generic gift, done in a zillion ways; the following 4 are pretty decent.

Method #1 - Four (4) Points (Manifesting the spots)
It's all mental. First you choose 4 points in your house and get familiar with them for the next week. Each day, you spend some time walking to each point, and stare at that spot, gradually increasing the length of time each day. The trick is that after you are familiar with each spot (being in a relaxed mental state) you can think about the 'trip' and mentally put yourself there --- or manifest yourself there. If you really practice like I suggest it will work. It's similar to the event of just waking up and being able to close your eyes, still seeing the dream that you just had. It's similar to that except these 'points' become very vivid and lifelike with the more practice that you put into it. "Manifesting the spots"
Method #2 - Continued Sight - the extension technique
Right before falling asleep {and this is how i had my first projection} bring an image to mind that you have meditated on earlier. It can be anything: flower, radio, floor, card, anything. If you've really stared at it long enough you will notice the object becomes really "easy" to see. As your body falls asleep and you stare into the darkness, keep your attention on the mental image that you have imprinted. After your body falls asleep, your mind will still be awake. This is the fun part. You'll feel this tingling sensation... a dizzy euphoric feeling. Even though your eyes are closed you can still 'see'. When this tingling sensation happens you need to focus your attention outward even further...that is when the projection happens. Your etheric body will float out and you can go anywhere. The trick is to close down your physical sense but keeping your mind awake.
Method #3 - Climbing Out
I havent personally gotten this one to work for me yet. It is really a good one if you can get the mechanics right. It is very easy, the easiest. You basically get in a relaxed state and try to feel with your etheric hands or mental 'hands' a climbing rope. A rope hanging down from the ceiling. Visualization is not the main thing here, but the feeling is once you figure out the right way to pull you will feel dizzy immediately. Your etheric body gets loosened from the physical very fast and easy. You have to get the feeling right. You just climb away until you climb out of your body.
