Well, as I re-read your post, I thought it was all about your Reiki development, and connecting two things together......
I though the telepathy could be a way to develop your basic Reiki skills into a more 'interactive' healing, you communicating with both your suject (the boys), and spirit (the slow worms). It's quite hard for me to find words to describe what I mean LOL...let me try a made up scenario....
So you have a reiki session with someone, 1 on 1 rather or distant.
You do your ceremony, you are half way through your session and you start to receive images and sounds, and the rieki takes on its own form, you change what you are doing slightly (hand positions and sending out energy), and the imagery and messages become clearer, as the connection goes you realise you have been given specifics about the person on the table, you know where you need to focus more reiki, but also you have messages for them not pertaining to their healing/health.
Is this how you would like your Reiki experience to progress? Have you thought of it before? If not, maybe its a suggestion for you to think about? If you have, then I would see it as a confirmation that you are thinking in the right direction regarding your development.
