Wallers don't forget to check out the Lyric of the Day. We want to hear to what you have to say about the songs. I'll be posting your comments on the Graffiti Wall extension site. |

JennMullen, LV, Pine Sisken, Blkjak, U2Luv, & U2*Freak, Regarding information on this site, please read: The legal concept of "Test copyright" was first ratified by the Kingdom of Great Britain's Statute of Anne of 1709. As room was not made for the authorized reproduction of copyrighted content within this newly formulated statutory right, the courts gradually created a doctrine of "fair abridgment," which later became "fair use," that recognized the utility of such actions. The doctrine only existed in the U.S. as common law until it was incorporated into the Copyright Act of 1976, 17 U.S.C. § 107, reprinted here: ?/TD> | Notwithstanding the provisions of sections 17 U.S.C. § 106 and 17 U.S.C. § 106A, the fair use of a copyrighted work, including such use by reproduction in copies or phonorecords or by any other means specified by that section, for purposes such as criticism, comment, news reporting, teaching (including multiple copies for classroom use), scholarship, or research, is not an infringement of copyright. In determining whether the use made of a work in any particular case is a fair use the factors to be considered shall include: -
- the purpose and character of the use, including whether such use is of a commercial nature or is for nonprofit educational purposes;
- the nature of the copyrighted work;
- the amount and substantiality of the portion used in relation to the copyrighted work as a whole; and
- the effect of the use upon the potential market for or value of the copyrighted work.
The fact that a work is unpublished shall not itself bar a finding of fair use if such finding is made upon consideration of all the above factors.[1] | If you would like to contact us, please use your Member Tools. Confessional We want to know all about you and you can thank our Waller Lyss for this great idea. We still have our The U2 Fanatics! section where you can leave info about yourself, but this board gives you the chance to open your own thread and have people actually ask questions and leave comments about your bio. Cool, huh? So, start a thread with your name and the word "Bio" in the subject line.... Example... LV's Bio... and write a little something about yourself. Love, peace and lots of U2, |

Are you getting a lot of the "Page Not Found" messages when you try to post or come to your groups? This is a common MSN glitch type thing that happens in groups that is caused when MSN works on their servers. (They call is server maintenance.)
Try hitting refresh when you are posting. You can right click and hit refresh or you can hit your F5 key on your keyboard. One thing I like to do before I hit "send message" is to copy what I've typed just in case its lost. Then I don't have to re-type everything into a new response box. It sure saves time and frustration. So, Wallers, don't give up, hit refresh! |

Wallers, when posting snagged tags, please abide by copyright laws and do not post anything by major cartoonists, like Disney (which includes Pooh bear, Tigger, tinkerbell, etc.), snoopy, etc. These could get us shut down by MSN. Posts containing such items will be deleted. Thanks, |
