Ali Statistics: Alison Stewart Hewson was born March 23, 1961 in Dublin, Ireland. She married Bono August 21, 1982. Together, Ali and Bono have four children: Jordan (May 10, 1989), Memphis Eve (July 7, 1991), Elijah Bob Patricius Guggi Q (August 18, 1999) and John Abraham (May 21st, 2001). Ali has worked on many campaigns throughout her adult life. She is an active patron of the Chernobyl Children's Project. She participates in numerous convoys bringing supplies and aid to Belarus and works hands on with the Chernobyl children. Ali has also done campaigning work for Greenpeace and other select causes over the years. Ali has a degree in social science (politics and sociology) from Dublin's University College. Recently, she collaborated on the designing of a socially conscious clothing line named Edun. So, mother of four, humanitarian, clothing designer and wife of our favorite rocker!
