I honestly could have slapped that little *itch.

Have you ever gotten to a store maybe 20 minutes after it opened, then told that oh they are all gone? I couldn't believe what I was hearing. And that teenager made it sound like "too bad for you girl". I wanted to slap her, no kidding. There was half a page ad even!! Oh, it was for a sewing machine, sorry forgot to tell you that. Anyway, found out they only had 4!! A half page ad and only had four and they were all gone in 20 minutes! I probably wouldn't have been so angry if that little *itch hadn't been so snotty about telling me. Ahhhhh, I feel better now. Thank you

I used to shop at a certain retailer here and they used to do the same darn thing. The ads would come out, I would get there as soon as I could and they NEVER seemed to have anything there.

I asked a worker there about it and she said they put those ads out from the Home Office and that it didn't necessarily mean that every store had the items.

I got tired of it and just quit going there. Saved my blood pressure from going way up...

I am sorry you didn't get your sewing machine and that you had to deal with a nasty little "witch"!

oh cylene doesnt that just make you so mad?? why advertize if they only get so many in.. i know that they do that alot here, apparently its not misrepresentation if they have even only one of the items, but it sure makes me mad too.. but sounds like you got a cool machine in replace of it.. you will have to post some of the stuff YOU make as you see all the things we make but we never get to see your sewing!!! love suzy
