| My dear friends, yes here I go again!! But this is something that really bothers me. Why do people think they can park on the street and just at your drive way? On other side of street of course, but why? It is so hard to judge the distance, for me anyway, and back out of your drive. What can anyone be thinking when they do that? I just don't get it. That is what the family across from me does from time to time. One of these days I will back out or son will and bang!! It just annoys me so much. Them not caring what inconvience it makes for us!! |

HI TRUE I LIVE ON A HILLSIDE AND MY GARAGE IS IN THE BACK ON AN ALLEY.....YEARS AGO I HAD A NEIGHBOR ACROSS THE ALLEY THAT WOULD ENCOURAGE HIS FRIENDS TO PARK IN MY DRIVE WAY BLOCKING ME FROM GETTING OUT OF MY GARAGE AND THEY WOULD BLOCK THE ALLEY SO NO ONE COULD VISIT ME OR GET THROUGH THE ALLEY......HIS FRONT OF HOUSE WAS LEVEL AND THEY COULD LINE THE STREET BUT NO....THEY BLOCKED ME INSTEAD.....I HAD PPL TOWED OUT OF MY DRIVEWAY SO I COULD GET OUT....IT WAS A MESS.....HIS FRIENDS THREATENED TO SUE AND START A WHOLE BUNCH OF TROUBLE BUT THEY WERE IN THE WRONG THE COPS SAID....ALLEY IS LIKE A FIRE LANE TO THE PPL ON MY HILL .....THEY ARE GONE NOW AND NO MORE TROUBLE.....THANK YOU GOD..... Yeah, some people don't have any consideration for the neighbours or other people's property. Outside my general store, I have a big strong bicycle stand for all the tourist cyclists. On top of that stand are old bicycles - look cute too - but no, they want to put their bikes on our garden, windows, block the doorways etc. Had to karate kick a few cycles away from the door - they abused me for it, so I sent them on their way. 52 kms up and around mountains before any more settlements. Funny that, very few do it these days, word of mouth got around lOLOL! Huggs, KiwiPam |
