i finally get a good night's sleep, nearly 8 hours and get up to get a shower, using my bath/shower seat and now i have the shakes, completely physically exhausted. And i haven't even started my day yet and today is supposed to be a BIG grocery shopping day bcs. the house is getting empty and I'm the one supposed to do it. ARGH!!!!! well it's getting put off, mutter mutter mutter.....

and by the way I still have to make entries 3 to 4 times before i get a window that will actually post my replies. I try to remember to write it first on Wordpad so I don't have to retype every time because that's too much for me.
