wow tin....such problems....ya know after all the years of gastric problems i had from high school until i was in my 40's and many days in my life doubled over in pain....my kids used to say "moms at it again"...i dont think anyone ever believed i had problems until the biggy attack and abelly full of ulcers up into my esophogus came to be...then the pictures showed it all....that was the beginning of the treatment of getting that under control...since then i have learned to watch what i can and cannot eat....i do fall off the wagon at times lol just as you did....so we suffer....
i sympathize with you....hows that for taking a long way to say that.....lol ...you do know why you did that dont you....it was because you were feeling better so you take a chance with the things you like....must be human nature to do that....i know i do that too...try not to let the stress enter in there....as you start your journey in moving....hugs Risi
