Tuesday's with Morrie by Mich Album is one of my favorite books and i think everyone should read this book who is going through a change in their life or who is suffering with an illness or just need a good read. First its a light read the print is large for people like me who have VERTIGO and you get that feel good feeling and view your own life. Because i struggle so much with reading i had 2 copies one for me to follow and one for someone to read with me. Its in soft and hard print. Its a true story and has been on the best seller's list under Biographies for the last 5 years....and if that doesn't sell you to pick this up i don't know what would! Hugs Catherine
My sister is always asking me what book i would like to read. She knows that there isn't anything i love better than a good book and that i never spend money on myself. So I am emailing her this afternoon and giving her the name and author of Tuesdays...
It will be a blessing for her, that i finally let her do something and it will be a grand blessing for me, as i can't think of anything that would make me smile as much as a good book. Thanks for sharing.
Did ya know that there is a movie "Tuesdays with Morry" My mother told me about it after reading some of the book on her way to charleston last week. As she begin reading she realised that she had seen it. I just couldn't beleive it so when my son in law got home he called around and guess what.. Blockbusters had it. I am going to watch it today if i can find time. I also read 5 people you will meet in heaven.. that is another good book too. I read them both in about 3 days. and that was slow for me.
I haven't read it but plan to now since you all gave it such a glowing review.
Can you ladies enlarge your fonts? I have trouble reading and some fonts are so small they seem to run together for me. I have a magnifying glass, but I hate using it. Please, for me?u all
