2 med bananas, cut up & frozen
1/4-1/2 a med banana sliced in thin slices (optional) 2/3 cup milk
1/4 cup French vanilla flavored liquid coffee creamer 1-1/2 cups French
vanilla or vanilla ice cream Whipped cream 3 vanilla wafers
Freshly grated vanilla (optional)
Freshly grated cinnamon (optional)

Low Down: Use a 1 or 2% milk & a lite or a no cal ice cream such as
SPLENDA, & a Lo cal non-dairy topping such as Cool Whip Lite.

in a blender, combine the 2 bananas, milk & creamer. Cover; blend until
smooth. Add 1/2 the ice cream at a time, blending until smooth after
each addition. Divide among 3 glasses. Top each with whipped cream, a
light 'dusting' of vanilla and / or cinnamon, about 6 slices of banana &
a vanilla wafer.

Prep Note: ~ Make this one as 'decadent' as your conscience will allow
-- you DO _deserve_ it after all you've been through lately. ~ If NOT
for 'immediate consumption' place in freezer for about 20 min. prior to
serving....it WILL 'thicken'.

Variation(s): ~ This one is a sort of a 'workhorse recipe that would
'lend' itself admirably to 'substitutions'...such as the fruit used AND
the cookie garnish type. ~
