Don't forget that you have to 'join' the new site. Let's see if I can remember who hasn't. I think it's Joan, Dar, and Cheryl. You will have to 'join' or I can't make you Asst. Mgrs. LOL! Everyone, please be sure to click on the 'join' when you get to the group. For some reason some of you aren't getting the invites I sent out last night. If you haven't received an invite try using this link http://windzofchangez.aimoo.com/ Make sure you register with Aimoo first though. You'll HAVE to have an account with Aimoo before you can join the new site. Thanks a million to those that have joined already!!! I hope this new site will serve us well!! Y'all take care! Moki |

I feel really bad that this is so confusing to some of you. Take my word for it, Multipy is NOT easier than Aimoo!! When you go into the new group, scroll to the category that you want to reply in. Then left click on it. Don't click in the white area though. Click in the green or blue area underneath each white area. A new window will open and IF there is a list of threads to respond to then click on the thread you want to respond to. Another window will open. You should be able to scroll down through the other replies and at the bottom of things see 3 green boxes that say 'new topic,' new poll,' & 'reply'. Click on 'reply' and a page will open that you can type your reply in. Then click the reply button at the bottom right and that will 'send' your reply. I hope this helps. I'm really feeling horrible that this is so confusing to folks! I'm doing my best to help y'all! I really thought that this site would be the easist of 16 different sites I checked out. I'll help you as much as I can though. Moki |

It is easier than Multiply - just takes a few goes to get used to it. Very like this site and no hold-ups like MSN. I think some folks are more resistant to change and a little hesitant to try the new place. Don't worry, you will get so used to it that it will feel just like home! Huggies, KiwiPam |

Kathleen, Did you read the post above that tells you to go to aimoo.com to register first. You MUST go to aimoo.com and register first of all. Then you can click on this link http://windzofchangez.aimoo.com/ That will take you to the new group. Once you're in there, look for the word 'join'. You MUST join to have member priviledges in order to post. Once you're membership has been approved then you will be free to post. Follow the instructions I've given to post. It should work perfectly! |

I PUT THE FIRST MESSAGE IN MY FAVORITES, NEEDED THE OPENING PAGE TO WINDZ. WHERE ALL OF THE MESSAGES SHOW UP. I HAVE TO DOUBLE CLICK ON THE ONE I WANT , TO GET IT TO OPEN. I AM NOT LOGGED OUT, I SAVED THE OPEN PAGE WHERE I AM LOGGED IN TO MY FAVORITES. THANK YOU FOR YOUR ADVISE THO. I AM TAKING A COUPLE OF DAYS OFF, I NEED AWAY FROM ALL OF THIS CHANGE IN 2 GROUPS. AND MY FRUSTATION, AND SHORT TERM MEMORY PROBLEM, ARE GIVING ME A BAD TEMPER ABOUT IT. CHANGE IS "VERY" HARD FOR ME. PLUS I DONT KNOW COMPUTER TERMS...I AM A DUMMY, NEED THE NAME OF THE PLACE IN A SIMPLE LANGUAGE, I GUESS. I SHALL RETURN NEXT WEEK SOMETIME. LOVE N HUGZ CATZ |

When I first got a computer many moons ago, I had to get a little notebook and write down each method of getting something from the machine as I could never remember what to do LOL!!! Yes, I understand totally Catz - think my frustration would end up with the computer outta the window. Keep at it though girl - you are doing just fine! Huggies & love, KiwiPam |

LOL Kiwi........I remember those days of having a notebook laying on the keyboard tray, in front of the keyboard, so that I could write down my every move on that first computer. LOL! If anyone had seen that notebook they would have thought I had totally lost it. LOL! It took quite awhile for me to catch on to things and I still run into things that frustrate me. There were a few times while building the new Windz home that I had to just get up and walk away from my puter. I had no experience in Aimoo outside of checking out a few communities that were already there. I checked out over 20 sites to see what site could serve us the best before I recommended Aimoo to Cylene. It was a learning process while I built the site, but I succeeded. I'm sure it needs a little fine tuning, but the basics are there and we're working our way through things in there. Catz, the only thing about saving the sign-in page, with yourself signed in on it, is that whenever you delete your cookies & temp files you will probably have to sign back in. Just wanted you to know so that if it came up, you would know what to do. Y'all take care please. Moki |
