I glad you put the dog tag on my mailbox.  I love that setting. I wish you and I were sitting on the porch sharing and cup of coffee and all the day events. Got to get supper finished. . Hi there Moki.  Yes I  have been a Reiki Practioner for several years now.  If it's OK with you, I would love to send some healing energy your way.  It's funny that your friend had suggested the cayenne pepper and alcohol linament for you. I have been making that for years. It works very well. You just have to be careful to wash your hands good after putting it on because it will stay on your fingers and boy if you accidentally rub your eyes, it burns like fire.  It won't hurt them but you sure won't feel good.  If your friend doesn't get the linament sent to you, I will be glad to send you some dried cayenne pepper to  cut up and put in a bottle of alcohol. You  just have to let it sit for a few days in the sun, shaking it real good once or twice a day. It has been a life saver for my husband who had a serious injury to his shoulder. It is good for sore muscles and arthritis. Just let me know. I have gobs of pepper and it would be easier to mail than mailing the alcohol with it.  I had a lady use it that used to paint and had to quit because of her hands until she used the linament then within a few weeks she was back to painting again.  Well I better go for now and fix some lunch.  Just let me know if it's OK to send healing to you and if you want me to mail you some pepper.  Love & Light to you.
