brown 1 pound ground beef and one medium onion in a pan, drain and put into a cassarole dish. add about 2 cups of frozen mixed veggies that you have defrosted by running under warm water, (so they are unfrozen) to the beef, then add approx. 1/2 cup bbq sauce to the beef and veggies, mix well. top with mashed potatoes and sprinkle paprika on top. bake in a 350 oven until bubbly and hot. let stand for ten minutes before serving.
ps) you can also put a layer of creamed corn over the beef mixture if you like..
