I know my attendance this year has been spotty. Between a nervous/mental breakdown, major flareups of the CFS, Fibro, OA and Asthma plus some really tough times with memories and issues surrounding my being a survivor of multiple types of abuse, well I've had my hands full. We're also moving, which I've been able to help little with.
I never know until I wake up in the morning what the day will be like and even then it can start great and tank, or start awful and end up great. I'll strive to be here all I can but I imagine it will be spotty at best. I'm also watching our old cat fade. She's healthy just old and fading. No fun. Lost our dog a couple months ago too. Extra stresses translate into health dips.
Enough of that, hope to be here more often.
