You wonder how he feels for you,

As you look in his direction.

But how will you ever know

If it’s illegal to have his affection?

You catch a glimpse of him

But how is this love possible

Without the sweetness of romance?

You want share your all with him

And make these dreams seem real.

The one that you can’t hold,

But what if he really did like you,

And his heart was made of gold?

He’d love you because you’re you,

And accept everything that you are,

Give your wishes freedom

And catch a falling star.

He’d paint a rainbow in the sky

And fly you to the moon,

Make the world seem brighter

And take away the gloom.

Even though it’s in your head,

Those thought just seem so true,

So carry on hoping that your time will come,

For one day he will love you.
