The sea is a glorious thing. It has many secrets that no man will ever know. They have never been revealed…?until now!
"Hey Sam! Let’s go have lunch," said Ben.
"Okay!" said Sam. "Let’s go to the café on Smith Street. There’s always some gossip there."
"Did you hear about the man who said he heard dolphins talk?" said Miss Potts, as they sat down.
"How about the man who said he could talk to sea creatures?" said Mr. Eddy.
After they ate, Sam and Ben went to the sea.
"I’m going for a swim," said Sam. "Do you want to come Ben?"
"No! You go without me."
Sam walked slowly to the sea and jumped in. He landed on something solid and smooth. It breathed. It moved. It was slippery and hard to grasp.
It was a dolphin.
Oh no! thought Sam, I must have hurt him.
"No! I’m fine."
"Excuse me," said Sam.
"I said I’m fine."
Wait a minute! How can a dolphin hear what I am thinking? How can a dolphin talk and hear me?
