Let's just say I got tired of being treated like the red-headed step child and took my leave. Other groups will appreciate my efforts even if other people never did.

Bama I would certainly hope that I was not part of your decision to leave. I would like to ask you to rejoin if only as a member at TAE.

With all due respect, and even though we don't always see eye to eye on politics (us Texans stick together!).....there is so much more to Bama's leaving and my leaving TAE entirely that James will ever divulge.

 

I had been there since day one and never left.  Apparently loyalty means nothing there, but constant pressure and persuasion from certain other member privately does.

 

TAE will survive and Bama and I will continue to post elsewhere.

STX, just saw the final chapter.  What a crock.  I think if you two put your minds to it, you could have a better board than TAE ever was. 

 

and it took about 15 minutes for the board to once again become dominated by that one poster.  I hope the three of them will live happily ever after.

 

FTJames needs to walk the walk!  He states that he would gladly leave if Bama would come back.

 

I DARE James to ask STX and Bama to come back, make Bama a manager, STX and am, and himself a member!

 

I also think if Alaska only took the job because it was "temporary", he should make himself am.  I DARE you Alaska, to do this.

Of course I am not afraid of a woman. I have been married over thirty years...women hold no fears for me!!.... yes, dear I'm coming right now..after I have washed the dishes and taken out the trash and painted the fence.....

I had something I had to do yesterday evening so I didn't get home until around 8:30. When I got there Moon Pie had grilled t-bones for supper, had finished spreading mulch in the back yard, had put away the pool stuff for the winter, and done a few other chores I've been trying to get him to do for weeks now. I was truly surprised.

 

I'm telling you, I think I'm going to have to leave him home alone more often.
