Remember when you could buy cheap single shot .22 rifles? As far as i kinow the NE arms is about it now days. In days of yore almost everybody had there name on a cheap bolt action .22. When i say everybody i mean everybody. Sears, WesternAuto, Monkey Wards.  And BTW when i say cheap i should have said inexpensive, its not like they were junk, just basic. Now all the inexpensive .22s are the marlin autos and shuch. Why should ya have to pick a semi auto to start a kid out igf ya don't want to spend a fortune?

Oops I dont even know what started me on that rant. Sorry.
