I don’t know if any one else is getting it but every time I post here I’m instantly getting this "Spam Arrest" email message from someone named Curtis. It’s asking me to click on the link to confirm my address isn’t a spammer so I can get his message. Every time ! Has to be some kind of a hacker/virus program imbedded here . |

I'm going to try a TEST POST on several different topics, and see what happens. So far I haven't had a problem. I will use my different screen names on some of them. |

I just tried several posts, and nothing happened. I also used one of my other screen names with no problems. This must be an individual problem not a group problem. |

Ok, different day. Still haven't received my previous posts yet. Lets see if I get hit again. Only difference now is I reset my "email preferences" to not make my address public. Here it goes...... |

Ok, Last one came right back to me without "Curtis". I think it's grabbing the posters address and fireing off that spam arrest email. |

I don't have a clue WHY some members get the 'Curtis' thing and others don't. It doesn't affect me, and I've even tried different screen names. |

And all this time I thought Curtis was really my friend(?). Yeah, right. Almost anything like that is at best spam and at worst serious malware. He (? again) comes from other directions too, not just here. |

Stoped doing it when I changed my email settings to hide my email. (non public) It must go through the posters name and grab the address from their profile. Can't be a person doing it by hand. Too consistant & instantanous ! |
