"Concrete Rose"

PEOPLE U/M: Lyle // Jacobs, Golden, Challenger
HPW RECORD: 00/00/00
OOC: Hmmm...in my opinion this is the best piece of the thread so far. I intended to write my final rp tomorrow, but I got inspired and started writting this one. Hopefully I can finish the whole thing off with one more though. I'd hate to just leave it open. Even if it doesn't make the deadline, I think I'll still post it. So look forward to that. I think this turned out to be the best match on the card. Definitely the one with the most determination. This is like what...the sixth for my team and Challenger has...well, six for his team as well. While the others have up to two or three. But yeah, this is long enough, so just read the rp, lol

A stench radiated throughout the area, the stench that couldn't be mistaken, it smelled of death.

"Dearly beloved, we are gathered here today to mourn the death of a special individual. One who put fear in our hearts, as well as courage. One who will be terribly missed. No, Challenger, and no, Golden, this is not a funeral for you. I don't do the whole grave bit to my opponents. I honestly find it a bit washed up and overdone. No, this isn't a grave for Tyler Jacobs, either. As much as I dislike this man, I still need him for Inaugural Brawl. Infact, this grave is for no real human being, but a being that we gave life to. This being is known only as Deathcore Wrestling. Although it did long ago, I am just now finding the heart to bury it. It deserves a proper burial, don't you think?"

Something here.

"Deathcore is gone. The championship belts that we once yearned to have ahold us, mean nothing. The fueds created within its walls die out and move on. Anything done in Deathcore Wrestling, might've taught you lessons on your journey, but it means nothing in the long run."

Something here.

"Hazardous Pro Wrestling. This is the present which we must imbrace, and there is no time as now. Although I have occupied the HPW roster, I have still be attempting to make it something it's not. I've been desperately trying to make the spirit of DW come alive in this federation. When you think about it, you could almost say that HPW was created ontop DW's ruins. When DW fell, superstars ran over here, to AWA, and every other starting up federation. So doesn't that mean the spirit of Deathcore is in HPW? No, I see that now. I was taking HPW's identity away, and it's time to give it back. Deathcore is my past, HPW is my present and my future."

Something here.

"The future. The future of pro-wrestling rests on this match tonight, it could determine the fate of HPW. It's this fact that makes it so valuable to history. So valuable to the history of HPW. So, does that mean that whoever the final four turn out to be, will be considered making history? Possibly."

Something here.

"Deathcore and HPW. Easily compared, no? Tyler Jacobs and Mark Golden. Equally compared, no? I believe so. Tyler Jacobs and Mark Golden are the same in the sense. Their status, and their stive to get to the top. Although they have totally different wrestling styles, Tyler relying on power while Mark relies on speed, they still remain the same. The two can not co-exist in this world together. Tyler Jacobs and Mark Golden, one will fall. Before, it was Deathcore who got the short stick. Who will it be this time?"

Something here.

"Deathcore and HPW. Mark Goden and Tyler Jacobs. Which brings me to my final comparison, Michael Challenger and Zarek Lyle. Pretty much the same. Walking into this match, I know one of us must fall as well. I'm not going to feed you some phony line about how it's going to be Michael Challenger, and not myself, because I honestly don't know. I don't know which two will walk out into the main event. The only thing I know is that it will be two of us, which is the obvious. Michael Challenger and myself, one of us will fall, and I suppose only time will tell. All of these comparisons always come back to the comparison between Deathcore and HPW, but we already know who fell out of those two"

Something here.

"R.I.P. Deathcore"

Something here.

So I left, leaving a single rose by that concrete stone. How romantic.

Gone.

OOC: Yeah, the final one. I believe it pretty much ties it all together. It's a nice finish if I do say so myself. So what is this now, like the fourteenth rp for the whole match? Wow. I would say that's a good turn out. For this match at least. All I can really say is, that was fun. lol

A stench radiated throughout the area, the stench that couldn't be mistaken, it smelled of death. The scene was dark and a thick fog cover up most of whatever you could see. All that could be seen was some headstones, indicating that the scene takes place at some sort of cemetary. The fog clears and everything is covered by dirt, except for the headstones. A closer look reveals that the headstones have no names on them.

A man is seen walking through the fog, clearing it as he walks. The man's identity is not known at this time because he wears some sort of long hooded robe over his face. He walks down the ailes near the headstones and stops at just one. He takes his hood off and reveals himself as..well, me again, again how great is that?

"Dearly beloved, we are gathered here today to mourn the death of a special individual. One who put fear in our hearts, as well as courage. One who will be terribly missed. Hmmm...I might have started off that little speech with the beginning to marrying someone. Was I just married to an unmarked headstone? No, I don't think so. Anyway, burying deathcore was like burying a part of me. For some reason I was so attached to it, and the only reason I could find is that it was my first federation, which was kind of a chessy response anyway. So it's time to bury another part of my life, after all, I've done it so many times before.

"Deathcore is gone. The championship belts that we once yearned to have ahold us, mean nothing. The fueds created within its walls die out and move on. Anything done in Deathcore Wrestling, might've taught you lessons on your journey, but it means nothing in the long run."

That's a harsh reality. Nothing done in Deathcore will ever mean anything in the long run. Well yeah, as said before, it looks good on a resumee, but that's it. Who is really going to hire someone who was in a great federation that someone went under after a couple monthes? Well, obviously HPW did. But then you have to bring up the fact that the managers of HPW were in Deathcore, so that doesn't exactly count now does it?

"Hazardous Pro Wrestling. This is the present which we must imbrace, and there is no time as now. Although I have occupied the HPW roster, I have still be attempting to make it something it's not. I've been desperately trying to make the spirit of DW come alive in this federation. When you think about it, you could almost say that HPW was created ontop DW's ruins. I was taking HPW's identity away, and it's time to give it back. Deathcore is my past, HPW is my present and my future."

My future? HPW is my future. Well, that's also what I said about Deathcore when it first opened it's doors, but look at where I am now. In a different federation because DW went under. So does that mean that because Deathcore doesn't exist anymore, I no longer have a future.

"The future. The future of pro-wrestling rests on this match tonight, it could determine the fate of HPW. It's this fact that makes it so valuable to history. So valuable to the history of HPW. So, does that mean that whoever the final four turn out to be, will be considered making history? Possibly."

The future, again. Wow, why does it have to always be so serious with me now. I was never like this before. Everything was running around to different states, different countries, while still in the same federation. Now I find myself restricted to one country, one state, and I'm talking about my future. Hmm..that's odd.

Thats a good question, who will it be this time? Honestly, I really don't care who it will be between these two, for the sole fact that I dislike both of these men. So why do I care? Why do I even waste my time saying these things. Why do I waste my time talking about two mean that I dislike? Because their actions effect me. Whatever these guys do in our match, it effects me. Mark Golden could slip up, giving us the upperhand, Tyler Jacobs could slip up, giving them the upper hand. It all depends.

Michael Challenger and myself, one of us will fall, and I suppose only time will tell. All of these comparisons always come back to the comparison between Deathcore and HPW, but we already know who fell out of those two"

Michael Challenger is one tough son of a bitch, for the sole fact that he stil hasn't backed down. But then again, nobody backed down in Deathcore, and they still got beaten. But the simple fact that Challenger knows what I am capable of, and yet he still keeps coming, frightens me a bit. If he's still coming, then what is he capable of doing in a match. We've already learned that he's somewhat not above cheating, considering he stole my partners weapon back in DW. So, what else is he capable of?

"R.I.P. Deathcore"

Letting it go, that's all I had to do to cure this somewhat sick obsession with the company once known as Deathcore. I don't know if anybody else suffered the same symptoms as I did, talking about it the whole time. It's time for me to stop, and look ahead. At the moment, HPW is the only thing I see in my restrained view, but I know there will be others.

So I left, leaving a single rose by that concrete stone. How romantic.

Gone.
