PEOPLE U/M: Abram, Zarek // Manic, Wilson, Vega, Pierce
BUD RECORD: 02/00/00
OOC: This roleplay is supposed to be a taping, as if their plane had landed yesterday morning. Sorry I only managed to get up two, I planned on more. I've been sick since Friday, so yeah.

To say that every dish in the house was broken, was the understatement of the century. It was a completely huge, enormous, to gigantic for words, understatement. Now, to say that every glass object, or anything not to expensive to smash into little tiny bits and pieces, was dismantled, mangled, and would be deposited at the local dump, then you would be right on target. For quite some time now, Zarek had been home, smashing away at things with an old baseball bat that he burrowed from his neighbor. He began by swinging at the huge glass cupboard stalked with loads of china, it would definitely make the most noise and be the most satisfying to smash. Starting in the kitchen obviously, from there he moved from room to room smashing anything he felt like crushing into oblivion. It wasn't until hours later, after Abram had come back to check on Zarek, that Zarek had finally stopped. In the process of walking throughout the house, looking for revenge upon anything that could be smashed, he had probably managed to make his situation worse. On Hangover, as everyone knows, is where Zarek suffered his first lose in BUD, to a chump such as Manic, nonetheless. To top things off, it was because of his own inaccuracy that he suffered the lose. In attempting to performe the 'Death of a Hero' off the top of a statue, Manic scooted just a bit out of Zarek's reach, causing his leg to hit the pavement at such a high impact that he disrupted something in his leg, forcing him to wear a cast type object until the next Hangover. For Zarek, hurting his leg wasn't the worst part of executing that move wrong, the worst part about it was that it lead to Manic planting him on the concrete with a DDT for the win. In truth, after Zarek missed, his leg had been injured, and there was nothing more he could do until Manic eventually got the win on him anyway. If he kept going, it would only make things worse on his leg, and possibly shorten his career, while Manic would still get the pinfall. Atleast it happened in a way that Zarek will be able to fight again, his leg will definitely heal, and he'll be back at Manic. Unfortuantly for Manic, next time, he won't miss.

Not only did Zarek have unresolved problems, in his mind, with Manic, but he was also being forced to visit upon a man who appears to have some unfinished buisness with him. Let's back track, shall we? Zarek walks into the BUD, the most underestimated superstar that has ever walked into that ring, atleast by his opponents anyway. Zarek's first match put him up against a returning veteran of the buisness, Evan Pierce. The match was originally a one on one but soon Corey Vega was added into the mix, in order to give the pay-per-view more power. Although the match was close to opening, it slowly but surely blossomed into something much more than just a random match at a pay-per-view. Evan Pierce and Corey Vega became allies, leaving Zarek, the underdog in the first place, to fend for himself in a triple threat match, ultimately making it a handicap. The week progressed with insults and threats flying back and fowarth to and from the pair of Pierce and Vega to and from Zarek. Finally, the day had arisen, and the outcome was unknown, it had mostly everybody asking different questions. Will Pierce's and Vega's partnership work out? Will Zarek be singled out in the beginning? The questions continued on and on, but it was the match itself that proved the most surprising. The partnership of Vega and Pierce worked perfectly, but not as well as they hoped against the newcomer of Zarek Lyle. Much to their dismay, he was more talented than both of them had guessed, and now they were in a pickle. In the end, in a surprising feat, Zarek walked out of 2007 Wayz 2 Die the victor, defeating both Vega and Pierce. Fast-foward to today. Now, coming off two loses, Evan Pierce decides that he needs retribution, and he's starting with his first lose of his returning career, Zarek Lyle. This time, it will be just a one on one match, just like it was meant to be at 2007 Wayz 2 Die. But there's a twist as well, a contender spot for the Franchise Championship is on the line as well. This is much more than just a championship contender spot though. This match is about redemption, vengeance, and proving yourself. This time, Evan knows what Zarek is capable of, and underestimation can not even be fathomed anymore.

As well as seeking revenge upon Manic in the near future, and Evan chasing him down, there was another free-for-all that was to take place. The last free-for-all that had gone down left Zarek has the victor, but this time, it wasn't the THC Championship on the line, oh no, this time there was something much more valuable than the THC Championship. This time the prize that went to the victor, was the BUDvision Championship, the highly coveted championship that has been up for grabs ever since Bobby Johnson left BUD yesterday. Instantly, the BUD management ordered a free-for-all to decide who would face down who for the championship at Ultimate War XI. It's a once a liftetime oppurtunity, well, maybe not once and a lifetime, but definitely an oppurtunity. It's amazing to think that if Zarek was to win this match, he would already have held two championships in his month long career he has here in BUD. Of course, this time, there are a lot more people and a lot more competitors with skill entering this free-for-all. Last time, Zarek found himself looking down only one person, John Wilson, who isn't the most respected wrestler in BUD anyway. It wasn't very hard to go up against one person in a free-for-all, but five or more people? That would definitely be a challenge, and many people had entered into the free-for-all already. Although this would only be Zarek's third week here in BUD, this would definitely be is toughest week of all.

Abram walks into the house and immediatly hears the crunching beneath his feet of glass. He looks down, wondering exactly what was going on, "Zarek? Zarek where the hell are you, and what the hell have you been up too?" Abram screams into the darkened house, and only echoes reach back to him.

Abram begins searching around the house for Zarek, which is no easy task considering he has to avoid the glass and chaos that Zarek has left throughout the house. He eventually finds Zarek sitting alone in a chair, wearing no shirt so blood, dripping from various cuts he receieved in handling the glass, can be seen.He sits there as if he is meditating, or is in some kind of trance. Abram walks into what appeared to be some type of trophy room of some sort, still avoding the glass, and snaps Zarek out of his trance. "Zarek, what the hell happened here?"

Zarek looked up from the niche he had made with his hands. He had a different look in his eyes, he was a different man, a man that nobody in BUD had seen, a man that had since gone away after the departure of HPW. This man wasn't so highly sure of himself, this man was more self-concious and more preserved rather than outspoken, this was the previous Zarek Lyle, the down to buisness one, that cared to much about what people thought of him, and what his win-lose record was. This was Zarek Lyle, the havoc. "Chaos has striken here, Abram. Anger and hate made it's way through here, and left us with nothing more than broken shards, and broken dreams. It's all gone now, Abram. All gone."

Zarek wasn't making any sense to Abram, ever since the two had met, it had seemed that Zarek's emotions, that were key in other federations he had occupied, had since disappeared, but now, they were back. Personally, Abram had only seen Zarek like this through television programs, but never since Abram had become Zarek's manager. It confused Abram to see Zarek this way. "Zarek, what is up with you? You can't be like this a few days before your re-match with Evan Pierce? What do you think people will say if you lose this match? Probably something along the lines of the other match was a fluke, you were just in the right place at the right time. You will have no such credibility, and be thought of as a nobody. Do you want that?"

Zarek laughes out a loud and hearty laugh that could have sent shivers up through anybodys spine, "You really think I am worried about Evan Pierce? The first time was no fluke, I was forced to face him and his partner, Corey Vega, and I still came out on top. So what does that same about me? That I am better than Evan Pierce and Corey Vega combined. Evan Pierce didn't worry me the first time around, and this now that it is just down to a one-on-one, it isn't going to bother me now. Evan Pierce is the least of my worries."

Zarek's words confused Abram even more than the questionable mood he was in at the morning. His words and his mood seemed to definitely go hand and hand together. "If you aren't worried about your match with Pierce, then what's got you smashing everything, and going off on some rampage?" Abram sank down to Zarek's level and looked at him questionably. Abram wanted to here, up close and personal, what it was exactly that had Zarek doing these things. It couldn't have been any sort of pressure, so that was definitely out of the question.

Zarek looked into Abram's eyes, and put a sarcastic smile on his face, as if something was hiliarious, but he was pissed about it. "It's the fact that I actually fell down the ladder, the fact that I am right back to where I started, facing off with Evan Pierce. I have already occupied this rung in the ladder, and simply because of my screw up in the match with Manic, I am forced to go back. I've made a complete circle, and all I've got the show for it is the THC Championship."

Abram laughed a little, and it was his worries that made him hold back. He didn't know exactly what Zarek's emotional state was at this point, and he had no intention of aggrivating it. "Okay, so you screwed up, to error is to be human. You've got yourself a match with Evan Pierce yet again, and you know what you need to do? You need to prove to everyone that you can still kick his ass. You've done it once before, it what seemed to be a handicap match, so what's stopping you now? Nothing, and everyone knows that. This week, you prove that 2007 Wayz 2 Die was not a fluke, and Evan is just a pawn in the scheme of things. While we're at it, we can always get a little payback with Manic. Sort of, killing two birds with once stone."

Zarek enjoyed that idea, it was definitely intriguing. Whatever he was paying Abram, he would have to double it. Abram saw the smile cross across Zarek's face, so Abram decided to slip in the information about Deacon Frost. "So you can take care of Evan Pierce, finally push him so far away that he won't come back this time. I, on the other hand, have an ogre to deal with by the name of Deacon Frost. I have a little payback in mind, and was planning on accompaning Kimberly Pain to the ring"
Zarek loved the idea of payback, especially on men who believed they could just walk into a federation, attack a random somebody, and then be on their way.

Unfortunantly for Deacon Frost, he had chosen the wrong somebody to mess with. Kayla Marie, another nobody who thought he would be able to hold down with some of BUD's finest, Melanie Thomas and Zarek Lyle, was cruising the halls. Kayla was supposed to be finding a tag team partner in order to face Melanie and Zarek on Hangover. Abram, in no way threatening, had asked Kayla if she had found a partner yet, and if she had in mind the man who she had been talking with earlier. Out of nowhere, Deacon comes, barely in BUD for five minutes, and attacks Abram, claiming he had done something wrong. Deacon had also managed to ask out Kimberly Pain, who had turned him down by simply crushing his nut sack. After Kayla left, Deacon tried to play it off, saying he wanted nothing to do with Abram, Melanie, or Zarek. Unfortunantly for him, Kimberly, who had coincidentally come to Abram's aid, requested a match, and Abram planned on being in her corner.

Zarek just knodded in agreement, Deacon needed to be taken care of, and he needed to be taken care of as quickly as possible. No talent, no intelligence men who were set loose in BUD, did not need to be here. "Well, the thought of revenge does cheer me up. I suppose I could waste one week away from my plans, and give Evan Pierce his little re-match. I guess if he wants me that bad, then I'll just have to shut him up myself. Besides, a re-match from a pay-per-view is always good for ratings." Zarek was definitely making the best out of the situation, but Abram had yet to unleash the best news of all.

Abram flashed the biggest smile ever seen on television towards Zarek, "Well, you see Zarek, that is not exactly true. Yes, you can definitely put Evan Pierce out of his misery, by all means, go right ahead. But there is a catch that I had forgotten to tell you, it must have slipped my mind. You are not in only one match on Hangover..."

Zarek's jaw dropped. Zarek hadn't seen the card with his own eyes, but knew he was being forced to go up against Evan Pierce once again, being told by Abram. Obviously, Abram had left out something else when they had last spoken. Could it be true that Zarek was scheduled in another match, to add atop his list of things to do? Zarek let go a huge sigh, wondering what else was in store for him,"Great, what else has the world thrown at me this week?"

Zarek really had no idea what was going on, and what had happened during his smash fest. While he was hidding away from the world, smashing away, Bobby Johnson had left BUD, vacating his championship. "Well, you see, Bobby Johnson has taken his leave, leaving the BUDvision Championship available for the taking." Zarek still doesn't know what the point of it all is. A vacated BUDvision Championship still leaves him with nothing. "So there's been schedule a free-for-all for the championship on Hangover. I took the liberty in signing you up."

Chapter One: "Breakdown"

"We are all faced with a series of great opportunities
brilliantly disguised as impossible situations."

To say that every dish in the house was broken, was the understatement of the century. It was a completely huge, enormous, to gigantic for words, understatement. Although this would only be Zarek's third week here in BUD, this would definitely be is toughest week of all.

The suroundings have been seen once before, when Zarek first entered BUD. In fact, the very first promo that Zarek Lyle cut, the very first time Abram and Zarek met each other, it was here. Zarek's middle-sized home in New York, New York. Zarek was in no way, shape, or form, rich, so don't be surprised if he doesn't have the biggest house that a lot of the BUD superstars have. Up until now, he's wrestled in indy corporation and in DW, the company was so poorly funded that Zarek almost thought they were going to have to tape a table back together for use of weapons. Abram walks up to the house and knocks at first, but there is no answer. Abram thinks nothing of it, as he knocks again, and rings the doorbell continuously. He begins to get a bit worried, and he turns the doorknob to check to see if it is open. Much to Abram's surprise, the door is unlocked, so he pushes open the door, unaware of what might be behind this door. As he looks inside the house, right off the back you can tell that it was much nicer the first time you saw it. Since then, today actually, the place has been thrashed and torn to bits. Almost everything in the house is dismantled, and the paint off the wall is chipped to a point where you can see most of one of the walls.

Abram walks into the house and immediatly hears the crunching beneath his feet of glass. He looks down, wondering exactly what was going on, "Zarek? Zarek where the hell are you, and what the hell have you been up too?" Abram screams into the darkened house, and only echoes reach back to him.

A vacated BUDvision Championship still leaves him with nothing. "So there's been schedule a free-for-all for the championship on Hangover. I took the liberty in signing you up."

Zarek's expression quickly switched from wondering what might behold him on Hangover, to glee. What an exciting turn of events this was. What a chance Zarek was given to redeme himself, and you can bet anything that Zarek was going to take that chance. "Hmm...well I suppose that is a smart move. There's no telling how well I measure up the the superstars of BUD, and if I'm BUDvision Championship worthy, unless I get myself out there and try. It'll definitely be an adventure, I can tell you that much."

Zarek wondered on who might be in this free-for-all. Definitely Da Sweet Lunatic, she seemed to have her sights set on the BUDvision Championship, and it was open now that Bobby Johnson was gone. His opponent on Hangover, Evan Pierce, might even try his chances at the BUDvision free-for-all. What's more, Manic might even try his hand in the buisness. "So Abram, would I be correct in saying that Manic might be participating in this shindig?" Zarek looked at Manic with a devious smile on his face. He wasn't thinking about winning at this point, he was more thinking about how too minipulate the people in the match, which would be way more fun in the end.

Abram knew exactly what was running through Zarek's mind. He wasn't thinking about his chances at winning the BUDvision Championship, there was only one thing crossing his mind, revenge. "Well I suppose you could be right. Manic's match on Hangover with Justin Black gets him a contenders spot for the BUDvision Championship. Manic seems like a relatively smart man, so it would only be natural that he go straight for the source, rather than settle for a contenderhship." Abram returned the devious smile, this was definitely going to be an interesting Hangover.

From the moment that Zarek missed his leg drop to Manic, until now, Zarek has been only thinking about redeming himself, and getting revenge on Manic. Supposily Manic believes that he "beat Zarek's ass" but apparently the guy was still lying out his ass. The match wasn't anything close to a slaughter, and he didn't even come close to beating Zarek's ass. It was a stroke of luck that Zarek missed, and after Hangover, Manic will see that. "What a chain of events this has turned out to be. What a night for revenge. First, we have Abram seeking revenge on this oaf, Deacon Frost. Following that we have Evan Pierce trying to prove himself to me, considering his two losses in the past two weeks. Then we have the BUDvision free-for-all, where I could really care less about winning, as long as one man doesn't win. It doesn't take a genius to figure out who it is."

Abram helped Zarek to his feet, who was still bleeding from the cuts due to the glass. Hangover could either be the day that kickstarted Zarek's career into fame, or it could be the day that ended his career. "I'll tell you what, you just worry about what you have to do. Kim will take care of Deacon, and I'll be by her side when that goes down, incase Deacon gets any ideas. You take care of Evan, we all know how that's going to go down, and then you can worry about the free-for-all. Until then, don't even worry about it, just focus more on Evan."

So many people had made their entrance known into the BUDvision free-for-all that it was pretty hard to keep track of all the people trying to get at it. One thing is for sure, if Zarek is to focus on winning this match, there is going to be a lot of abilities that he is going to have to factor in, in order to get the upperhand. In training for a match against a strong man of heighth, you miss out on the abilities needed to get the upperhand on a superstar that masters in speed. Zarek was definitely not going to take Abram's advice in taking it easy this week, because of all weeks, this was definitely not the right one to choose in taking it easy. This was the week of oppurtunities, and oppurtunity was knocking at everyone's door, the only question was, who was going to answer?

Gone.

Chapter One: "Breakdown"

PEOPLE U/M: Abram, Zarek // Manic, Pierce, Vega, Everyone in Free-for-all
BUD RECORD: 02/01/00
OOC: Uhhh...yeah. This is actually my second roleplay for Hangover, I'm just organizing the rest in a thread. This roleplay takes place before my first rp.

"We are all faced with a series of great opportunities
brilliantly disguised as impossible situations."

To say that every dish in the house was broken, was the understatement of the century. It was a completely huge, enormous, to gigantic for words, understatement.

Zarek laughes out a loud and hearty laugh that could have sent shivers up through anybodys spine,
"You really think I am worried about Evan Pierce?

Zarek let go a huge sigh, wondering what else was in store for him,
"Great, what else has the world thrown at me this week?"

Abram helps Zarek walk out of the house, the two heading for anywhere that didn't involve signs of chaos, that's what Zarek needed to get a way from, if anything. "Well, I can promise you I'll stay focused, but this week, I have a lot bigger fish to fry than just Evan Pierce. Evan might like to think that it's just him and I this week, but that's just the beginning." The two walk out of the house as the scene begins to fade.

What a week was in store for Zarek and Abram. Abram getting his revenge on Deacon, Evan searching for revenge on Zarek, and the BUDvision Championship is up for grabs in a free-for-all that is sure to hold some of the brightest stars in the history of BUD. In the case of Kimberly, with Abram by her side, versus Deacon, Kimberly has it in the bag. Deacon is just another superstar sent here by the mysertious RC, as said in Ryan Starr's rumor segment, and Abram is actually surprised that Deacon is still hanging around, he thought for sure Deacon would be gone by now. In the case of Evan taking out Zarek, it shouldn't even be a question. At 2007 Wayz 2 Die, it was more like a handicap match, and Zarek was still able to come out on top, yet Evan believes this time will be different. If circumstances here up against Zarek, as much as they were last time, Pierce might have a shot at finally getting a victory. But uunforunantly, they aren't, which means Evan will suffer yet another lose. Finally, the BUDvision free-for-all. This was the week of oppurtunities, and oppurtunity was knocking at everyone's door, the only question was, who was going to answer?

Gone.
