METHODS OF MADNESS: I realize the ending could be confusing, but it's the perfect way to tie it all together. This is my fifth I believe, and last. This was definitely a fun match, good luck to everyone | "When written in Chinese, the word "crisis" is composed of two characters
one represents danger, and
the other represents opportunity."
The words across the paper meant nothing to Zarek, the only thing he knew, was that he was going to do anything in his power to come out on top of this free-for-all. The world of BUD is being rocked from it's core with this free-for-all for the BUDvision Championship. Many superstars, rookie and veteran, have entered in with the chance of winning the conveted BUDvision Championship. The match concept is simple, each superstar is eliminated by being tossed over the top rope. Once the match is down to the last two remaining contenders, it then turns into a one-on-one match, with whichever superstar who pins, makes submit, or just plain out beats the opponent, will be crowned the new BUDvision Champion. Bobby Johnson dropped the championship, and left BUD, less than a week ago, not knowing what would happen to his BUDvision Championship. The management, figured it would be best to let the roster fight for the championship, the roster that wanted to fight for the championship anyway. Superstars that have entered the free-for-all are as follows: Manic, Justin Black, Jade, Emerald, Da Sweet Lunatic, Matt Matlock, Evan Pierce, Lust Vegas, Katrina Benson, Lori-Anne McMahon, Zarek Lyle, and Snake-Eyes. It's crazy to think that so many roster members are looking for this opportunity of a lifetime, so many superstars are looking to jump through that open door before someone beats them to it, or before it closes again. So many superstars are going into the match with high hopes, and mostly all of them will leave disappointed. Mostly all of the people in this free-for-all will leave with broken dreams, but there will be one person leaving with his or her head high. There will be one person that leaves that ring tonight, still a hole man, not even close to being broken. There will be only one person that can say they fought through half the roster to win the championship. There will be one person that leaves Hangover as being the winner of the free-for-all, one person that will accomplish their dreams, and one person that will leave as BUDvision Champion.
Living in the kind of world that we live in now, of course many people have placed bets on who they think will become the new BUDvision Champion. Of course, people have already placed money on so and so, and have pools going. Polls have been going on for a long time, and there is always going to be a favorite to win. The polls can either be wrong or right, no one really knows until the match takes place. A poll is just a question asked to loads of people, and what most of them said. Being the kind of person Zarek is, immedialy after the poll had closed, Zarek went down to the local liquor store to see exactly what people were thinking. He was curious in thinking where the people thought you would place among the free-for-all. Of course, a little piece of paper meant nothing. Our scene opens with Zarek holding a little piece of paper, Abram behind him shaking his head. Zarek doesn't show any sort of emotion, at all, besides a slight smile on his face, looking into the camera.
Zarek folds his hand, folding the little piece of paper in his hand, as well. He doesn't plan on releasing the information just yet, but decides to make everyone wait, "The moment Bobby Johnson left the BUD arena, and dropped his BUDvision Championship, he gave everyone an opportunity. Everyone knew that the BUDvision Championship was up for grabs, and deep down inside, every member of the roster, atleast most of the roster, knew that they had a chance at winning that championship with Bobby gone. Some thought maybe the championship would go to Da Sweet Lunatic, considering Bobby was set to defend the championship against her at Hangover, while others thought management would take control of the BUDvision. Infact, management did take charge of the situation, and opened the eyes of everyone, when they decided to host a free-for-all, the winner being becoming the BUDvision Champion. Many superstars, myself included, saw this as a chance to launch their career into something meaningful. Manic, Jade, Evan Pierce, Lust Vegas, and myself are among the relatively fresh meat that thought this free-for-all was a once in a lifetime opportunity. Myself being in this company for only a couple weeks, winning the BUDvision Championship would definitely solidify me in BUD history. Then we have the veterans such as Justin Black, DSL, Matt Matlock, and others that probably see us as getting a quick and easy shot to the top. With time whinding down on Hangover, tension is definitely running high among the ones involved in the free-for-all."
Abram now made himself known, which it appeared he had been zoning off through Zarek's little speech. Abram speaks up, much to Zarek's dismay, it will prove. "That's for sure, it seems like everyone is going to go at each other before Hangover even begins. You can cut the damn tension with a knife. I mean look at you, you went out to look at a damn poll."
Zarek gazes at Abram with a cold look, as Abram laughes a bit, but then shuts up, knowing full well that Zarek can kick his ass, or worse, fire him. Zarek let's the people wait a bit longer, as he decides to address the man who is looking to kill Zarek's career. "Evan Pierce, looks like this isn't going to be such a waste of match after all, you finally decided to show up. You call that victory at 2007 Wayz 2 Die, cheap? Evan, let's look at this situation for the millionth time. You, and your little buddy Corey Vega, and I, were supposed to have a triple threat. Newsflash Evan, it didn't go down that way. You see, I know, no matter how much you choose to deny it, that you saw me as a threat. So, knowing that I have the ability to put one over you, you team up with our other opponent, Corey Vega, and both of you plan to take me out, then duke it out between you two. Ha. That's a laugh, because somehow, between the both of you, you still lost. So let's recap real quick, shall we? Although you and Corey Vega were teamed against me, I still kicked your ass. So that, in turn, does put me above you. Then you go and lose to PMS, Katrina Bensen and Lori Ann, and that is proof that I am definitely above you."
"And Evan, come on man, what is up with this puberty crap? Where do you see any acne on my face, Evan? Maybe a zit here or there, but to error is to be human, you, of all people should know that Evan. I mean, you errored as soon as you stepped into the ring with me, and now you want to do it again? Apparently you can't get your own material, or rather, any good material, because I see you took a page out of Rocky's book. Now, I'm a bit fan of the Rocky movies, and I saw the latest installement in that series a while back. Did you happen to catch that Evan? Let me fill you in... he lost." It's true, Rocky did lose in the end of the last Rocky movie made, even if it was by one point. Abram makes a show by taking off his cap and puts it over his heart, pretending to show some sort of patriotage to Rocky.
"Win or lose this week, you're still better than me? Well you see Evan, for those of us who went to school, when you get your ass kicked twice, that means you suck. Just a heads up with that." Abram let's out a laugh, remembering what had happened last time Zarek and Evan met in the ring. Evan showed the world that he never went to school, and Zarek so happily pointed it out to the world.
Abram speaks up, knowing Zarek is speaking of Evan as if hhas to face him once, "Remember Zarek, not only is Evan your one-on-one opponent for a contendership to the Franchise Championship, but he is also one of your opponents in the free-for-all"
Zarek knods to Abram, noting his helpfulness "Oh yes, Evan believes he deserves to be in this free-for-all. Ha. That's pretty hiliarious. What makes you believe you deserve to be in this match, considering you have two loses to your name now? Hell, I'm positive the only reason you're getting the shot at a Franchise contendership is because management already knew I would kick your ass...again. I'll do it in our one-on-one match, and I'll have no problem eliminating you from the free-for-all as well." | | TBC: No One | |

Zarek opens his hand and reveals the piece of paper that was in his hand. It's the poll. In a kind of, moving along with the subject tone, Zarek begins again "So I picked up this little poll, curious as to what some people actually thought. Who was first on the poll to come out as the new BUDvision Championship? DSL, no doubt. Da Sweent Lunatic has the most votes in this match to win, and I don't blame anyone. I appologize DSL, if you thought I was comparing you to Kayla, because I know better than that. I was doing nothing of the sort, just saying that she too warned me against Melanie. But, you made this match? No challenge to your talent and credibility DSL, but I highly doubt you made this match. You see, you may be the most famous person in this free-for-all, but without everyone else, there would be no match. It's my opinion, that everyone made this match. It's a pity we couldn't have met under different circumstances, I'm sure it would have been fun."
Zarek looks at the piece of paper yet again and laughes at who is number two. "So it appears, to everyone else, that number two would be Justin Black. Apparently, is returned has been hyped way to much. How about, from here on, I make my own poll. My number two, would be none other than Jade. I think she is the next in line to be deserving a win here. True, there are a lot of people that will argue with me on this choice, considering she is new and all, but I'm sure she'll make a great champion. She has the drive that I have seen already, to make a great champion, and it will definitely be interesting to watch her blossom into a champion. If she doesn't win the free-for-all, I'm sure she'll be a champion in due time. Who knows, she may just be the next Bytch Champion. Watch out Dannica, Jade is right on your heels, and she's coming up quick. The fact that he is new, and can obviously hang with the veterans, is pricely the reason she is number two.
Zarek opens his hand yet again, and looks at number three. Zarek lets out a laugh yet again, and wonders exactly what the people were thinking when they took this poll "According to the poll, Matt Matlock is the number three choice, but my number three choice is Emerald, of course. One fierce female that will definitely come to be a champion sooner rather than later. As said many times, her only fault is that she isn't doing this for herself, she is madly in love with Nova, and is competing in this match in order to impress him. It's kind of sad really. At this day in age we are used to seeing strong independent woman that can hold their own ground. Women such as DSL, women such as Jade, women such as Emerald if she wasn't so obsessed over Novacaine. Snap out of it Emerald. Notice how my top three are all females, and Emerald, you calim to be a powerful female, yet you try so hard to impress this Andrew guy. It's you decision, it's your life, but there's my advice to you, although it means nothing coming from a newcomer such as myself."
Zarek smiles, crumples up the piece of paper and throws it into a nearby trash can. He then looks at the camera. "DSL, Jade, and Emerald are my top three picks, but they all come after me, of course." Zarek flashs another smile.
Zarek motions for Abram to follow him out of the liquor store, and Abram obediantly follows, although disappointed that Zarek didn't pick up a bottle of something while they were there. Zarek pushs up his collar on his coat and walks out, with Abram behind him. Hangover begins in just a matter of minutes, and Zarek can either have the best day of his life, or the worst. There was a question asked earlier, opportunity is knocking on everyone's door, but the question was, who will answer? Well, that's quite simple.
