METHODS OF MADNESS: Number two for the week. So apparently, according to some people, I might have come off "obsessed" in my other roleplay, so I had to set it straight in this one, among other things. This one is left hanging because its one of those continuation ones, so obviously, I'll be finishing this later.

"Yo Tommy! Let's get this thing on the road, eh?"

Tommy Ferarri had been the senior trainer of Xtreme Wrestling Intentional for quite some time now, and to say that he was the best, was simply the biggest understatement of the year. True, he had never been mentioned on the big circuit, but who mentioned their trainers? Who wanted to announce to the world that they had to run to Tommy Ferarri in order to get the job done? Nobody. Zarek had met Tommy when he had gotten in with the HPW administration for his push. Once Tommy heard about Zarek's match against Drew, he called up Zarek and called a bit of a meeting. Zarek refused his training proposition, because even though Tommy was good, Dante Cross was just that much better. It didn't stop the two from catching up though.

A voice from the back. "Hold your damn horses, will ya?"

"I know you like to think we do, but we really don't have all day."

"Shutup."

Apparently, the duo had planned to go out to lunch, or out somewhere, and Tommy had taken longer to get ready than expected. What kind of guy took longer than a couple minutes to get ready to go eat? Zarek had always said Tommy was such a fricken' girl. Anyway, this left Zarek outside the closed door, waiting inside the living room, awaiting his long time friend to hurry up. Zarek sat down on the couch, impatiently but tolerant. From the other side of the door, you hear a voice shouting towards the living room.

"So Zarek, tell me, why is it that you think this match with Stevenson is going to be good? As you know, he has a reputation of being a bit off."

Zarek leaned into the couch, creating a little nook for himself. "Joe E. Legend, Nefarious, Seifer, Bobby Johnson, no I'm not name dropping. This is just a short list of superstars that Drew Stevenson has gone up against. You see, I may have gotten a little mixed up in my previous promo about the chain of events that took place, but is it relevant? Stevenson fought and defeated Joe E. Legend at Living Nightmare, fought to a no contest with Nefarious at Snowbrawl insidea snowglobe, and fought against icons such as Seifer and Bobby Johnson in an Elimination Chamber match in PWT. In my opinion, it's not how many out of those matches did he happen to have his hand raised, but rather, that he was man enough, or, he was great enough to stand in the ring with them, and be recognized as somewhat of an equal. You have to have atleast some sort of respect for anyone who can do that. I've never been one to trash talk, or talk down onto someone that didn't deserve it, and I always give respect where respect is due, and Drew Stevenson, no matter how many people deny it, deserves my respect."

Zarek got up off the couch and proceeded back to the door, seeing if he was going to open it anytime soon. The door appeared untouched, but he still wasn't quite sure how long Tommy would be taking. All the same, he decided to take the chance anyway. He slowly pulled a pack of cigerettes out of his jacket pocket and took out from the pack. He lit up and slowly took a puff, before returning to his spot in the couch.

"Let's get something straight, a year and some odd monthes ago is when I went to my first showing of an OCW event. Back then, I was just wrestling around in backyard federations, yet to be signed to an indy federation, let alone a big time fed. Looking on, one of the goals I made was that one day, no matter how long it took, I would be staring down Drew Stevenson in the ring. I know what you're thinking, I'm a bit psycho, right, but don't make me out to be some type of stalker. I didn't follow Drew around from company to company, I didn't try to track him down so that I would meet him in the ring. I did nothing of the sort. I knew that I respected a man such as him, and I would be honored to one day see him in the squared circle. It isn't exactly a year in the making, because it hasn't been being made, if that made any sense it all. Well, Drew probably didn't know who the hell I was until he stepped into BUD and won the number three contendership. All the same, I knew who he was, and although it's not a mutual thing, I've still been waiting for this."

All the same, I knew who he was, and although it's not a mutual thing, I've still been waiting for this."

"I have never, nor will I ever, expect Drew to job to me. I never once said I wanted him to, I never once said I expected him to do so. Infact, I believe I said I was looking for a challenge in Drew Stevenson. Last week, I accepted Jessica Michaels' challenge, hoping that she'd be somewhat of a challenge. I must admit, she gave me a good run, but now I'm looking for something new. Well, new for myself anyway, and a challenge, to push myself."

He takes a puff of the cigarette. "I'm climbing my way back up the BUD ladder. Although I am still the number one contender to the BUDvision Championship, it's a moral issue. Everyone knows I've been distant, it's been said many many many times, and I'm man enough to admit it. With my match against Drew Stevenson, I am killing two birds with one stone. If I manage to defeat Drew, not only did I manage to defeat someone that I personally look up to, but I managed to further my career once again. I'm trying to build a head of steam going into Rage and Retribution against Emerald. By defeating Drew, I think I will gain more ground than ever."

Zarek began looking around for an ash tray, or atleast some type of trashcan that he could put the ashes into, otherwise he would be leaving evidence. The trashcan he found would do just fine, and he flickered the ashs into it. He then returned to his spot in the couch, checking the the door to see if Tommy had come out yet. With security, he sat back down.

"What I don't get, is where people get off trying to diminish Stevenson. Sure, he's been a little rocky here and there, I'm sure he's no-showed a couple of times, but who the hell hasn't? He attempted to start a federation, and it didn't go to well, or something of that nature? So what. I don't see how people can talk down on an individual such as Drew Stevenson, and really mean what they're saying. Are they just making up crap, because they're so jealous of him? Hmm...I'm not exactly sure I understand the motives of people like that, but I probably will never understand. You have tons of people, even in OCW, that talk shit about Drew Stevenson, where he is a Hall of Famer, and the first ever World Heavyweight Champion. Like I said, most likely jealousy, but if anything, I would look up to him, rather than trying to demerit his reputation."

He took another puff, hoping that Tommy didn't come out and catch him smoking in his house. "In my opinion, once he's earned that respect, you can't just take it away from him. It doesn't matter what he's done in the past, things I probably don't know about, but I don't give a damn. That's like saying, oh Dante Cross got stripped of the title and then left, so we shouldn't respect his ability anymore. It's a bunch of bullshit if you ask me."

"Although I have made this match out to seem a one-on-one between Stevenson and myself, that request wasn't honored, and another man was thrown into this match that I have yet to acknowledge. A man by the name of Nicholas Graves, pretty much an unknown to this industry, is my other opponent, besides Drew. When I first found out that a young 'talent' would also be in this match, I was simply ecstatic. Don't get me wrong, I have no idea who this guy is, but it always brightens my day when I see someone attempting to make it in the buisness. I was, and am still somewhat considered to be, making my way up the ladder. This man, could have rocketed his career by defeating myself and Drew Stevenson, or would have atleast would have gained himself some respect by putting on a good match against us two. Instead, it seems he might not even show up, which disappoints me. It's within your rookie year that you either sink or swim. Someone like me, I choose to swim, someone like Nicholas, he chose to sink."

"The only thing I hope doesn't happen, is I hope to death that Drew doesn't make the same mistake that so many have made in the past. I hope to god that Drew doesn't think that just because I am still considered very much a rookie, that he doesn't treat me as such. I may still be considered a rookie, but as you may have heard, I have talent beyond my years, without sounding to arrogant or anything of that nature. Many people have made the mistake in the past of underestimating me, just because I don't have experience to last me for long. Evan Pierce did it, Manic did it, and even Emerald herself, in our very first showdown, did so. Although I respect Drew a ton, it won't stop me from trying to pull one over him. I have my own future to think about."

By this time he wasn't sure if Tommy was even listening to him anymore, infact, he had begun wondering that quite some time ago, but he kept talking anyway. A noise was heard from down the hall, but Zarek paid no attention to it.

"What the fuck do you think you're doing?"

Zarek immediatly jumped up off the couch, burning himself in the process.

"You know you're not supposed to smoke in my fucking house!"
