Wow. Who even thought Mark would open his mouth. He's such a flake nowadays, whoever thought he would actually show. Hmm..good thing he did thought, or Misery would have been subjected to yet another boring ass match. Not like this is going to be the best thing since Seifer versus Valek but it blows his match with Jezzabel out of the water, that's for sure. Mark's used to skating by in places like OCW, and suffering the occasional lose, but somehow still making it to the Heavyweight title scene. In BUD, things don't go quite like that, and it's to bad. Mark may actually have to get off his ass and try to win. Well, if he plans on having a chance, then he WILL have to get off his ass, cause his previous promo, won't cut it. If he plans on advancing, he's going to have to pull of something bigger than anything he's done. Truth is, he probably won't, and will continue to kick back and think this will be a bird match. *sigh* poor Mark.

It's obvious that Riggs isn't used to working hard, so it's understandable for him to act this way. But surely, he should know that OCW is no BUD. He's been here times before, and has even failed out of MOD before, so why still the kickback game? Ego, of course. Mark was known for his ego and his forever open mouth. I've yet to see him talk for ages, but the ego is apparent. It only takes one person to deflate that ego. Since Matt Matlock failed to do so in the first round, I guess it's going to have to be Misery.

It was a cold morning in Oklahoma City, so it made since that Misery wore a jacket and a pair of pants.
"Apparently Mark Riggs doesn't have a creative bone in his body, and has to leech off other people's promos in order to make an even crappier one. It's okay though, I suppose I should be flattered Mark would go to such lengths as to even retaliate with a...somewhat...promo of his own. Atleast now I hasve an opponent unlike last week against Jezzabel, who I hear is back in the tournament now? Hmm...okay. To be quite honest, there was a very valid point to the previous story, as everyone else probably understood. Nobody would expect Mark to understand though, it requires something called "higher level thinking". It's okay Mark, some people just can't do it. You'll just be thrown into the bucket with Hank and Nate Rupe. The fact that Connor Riley was able to defeat you poses a threat, a big one. It shows that your unbeatable attitude, is false, and your hopes of being invulnerable have gone down the drain. Connor Riley is a nobody. Where is he now? Who the hell knows and who the hell cares? Exactly. But if a man like him is able to pull a fast one over your eyes, than you're not as quick as previously thought. With the name Mark Riggs comes a lot of hype, and that's all it is, just hype. Because of Connor Riley can make you tap, then I'll have no problem getting a pin. Of course, you failed to see the true meaning behind the story, and you failed to make everyone believe you have a brain. I'm used to your kind Mark. I've faced Jay Styles three times already in my career, so I know just how to deal with people like you. People who think they're better than everybody, but have nothing to show for it. People who hold their head high, for some odd reason, though they really shouldn't. You're living in a false reality Mark, one where you actually possess some skill. I'm sorry to tell you this Mark, but this is not OCW, and you're not going to get a free pass. No, this is BUD, and you were lucky to make it past the first round."

The streets were almost bare as he continued walking towards the camera.

The sun is shining, but as he breaths you can see his breath. "Don't be an Evan Pierce, blaming everybody in the world for your own mistakes. Just like Evan, you only have yourself to blame for your previous faults. While some mishaps happened under Stephanie McMahon-Marger's reign, you can't blame her for your loses. She doesn't wrestle the matches for you Mark, it's your own fault that you suck. Even now, a year later, you're still denying everything. You lost to Connor Riley, and Bobby Johnson. Congratulations, atleast you got those ones right. However, you failed to mention Hates Temptation, who gave you the biggest beating of your life before you hightailed it. I have done my homework Mark, so if you planned on sliding through this match with lies by your side, you're sadly mistaken. When it comes down to it Mark, how many times did you win compared to the amount of times that you lost? A brief scan through the archives would say you only had about a fifty-fifty chance of coming out on top. You only won about half your matches here. Compare that to my win to lose ratio. Back when I was shooting up heroine before every match, I only lost two matches. Count them, two. I'd say that's pretty good considering I wasn't ever in the right state of mind. My loses only included Sean Hunter and Kevin Sane. Then I went to rehab and haven't lost a match since. Now, I'm going to estimate here and say that I've gotten by on a 1 in 6 or 7. I've never been a math wizard, which is why I'm a professional wrestler. I never wanted to be an accountant or anything, and knew I wouldn't so I didn't bother. However, what I do know is that your odds are shit at the moment. You left BUD because you couldn't make it in a cut throat company such as this. You couldn't handle the talent, and so you bailed. It's okay Mark, we all make mistakes, some of us are just man enough to admit them."

He smiles, insuating Mark isn't man enough...I'm sure you've gathered.

His smile fades and he sighs, "I come and go? Right. I was sent to rehab for a drug problem, what's your excuse? Yeah, that's right, I'm not the only one seeming to 'come and go'. You say it like it's an insult Mark, but if that were true, wouldn't you be insulting yourself? You were already in BUD a couple times before. Yeah, a couple times before. First is when the whole thing with Connor went down. Then you disappear from the archives, probably licking your wounds. You re-surface again for MOD and get your ass kicked. Then gone again. Earlier this year you signed your BUD contract, only to immediatly go on LOA. Now you're back for MOD again. Not to mention all the times you just admitted to joining and then quiting OCW. So who are you kidding Mark? You can't try to insult someone, for doing the same exact thing you did yourself. Unless of course you want to be considered a hypocrite, which many be what you were doing all along. I hear it's all the rage these days. Hypocrite is the new pink."

He shrugs, and laughs. Pink was never in Misery's vocabulary until now.

His look turns quizical, but in a sarcastic way. You can tell by his eyes. "Fuck you? Really Mark? That's the best you have? Fuck you? I almost expected a good insult to come out of your mouth, and then I suddenly remembered who you are. This isn't a Dane Cook stand-up routine Mark. Fuck you isn't the biggest thing in the book of insults anymore."

Hopefully you've seen that, if not then those last two lines were a lot less funny. Youtube it. Yes, it's a verb now. I was amazed as well.

He raises a finger, and his head tilts upward as if he's just realized something. "Infact, normally only ignorant people resort to it. It shows you have no vocabulary and will result to low curse words in attempts to show off your masculanity. Jokes on you though Mark, because everyone literally just laughed until they couldn't breath any longer. I admire that you actually tried, unlike some people, but you fall incredibly short from being the biggest threat in this competition, or the biggest competitor I have ever stepped into the ring with. Supposily because of Mark, the Franchise will fall. The Ultimate Tag title holder will fall, as well. Why he just didn't say Misery, is beyond me, but whatever. The thing is, Mark, it won't happen. I make my own destiny, not you, and I'm going to say that I'm just not done wreaking havoc just yet. I still have Stevenson to take care of, and give Wallstreet a good match after this one. Let's see, if you happen to win this match, just hypthetically, what will you do with that chance? Probably nothing, lose next round, disappear, while I go on with my two titles and get a shot at Stevenson. What happens if you lose? I go onto the next round with my titles, still get a shot at Stevenson later, while you disappear anyway. So why don't you do us all a favor Mark, and just leave now? It's obvious you don't have a chance at this tournament, and you're going to end up leaving afterwards anyway, so why even waste your breath? Why even waste, MY breath? Exactly. Now Mark's reaching into his bag of tricks and comparing me with some homosexual stalker? Well I guess it's more creative than fuck you. Oh wait, Riggs says I'm 'worst' than this homosexual stalker. Damn, he just lost all his insult points. Learn some english, buddy, so next time you won't look so stupid...when you're trying to make somebody else look stupid. See, all I'm trying to do is help you out. However, I don't think my pointers will be able to save you."

He walks up to a car parked in a hotel parking lot and runs his hand across it.

Leaning against the car, "Lastly Mark, I'm not sure why you would suggest bringing up someone else. Bringing up Zarek Lyle and White Trash would be like you trying to win this match - pointless."

The window of the car suddenly rolls down, revealing Lady A. "Get in the car! Are you going to the arena with me or not?"

He sighs, and rolls his eyes.
"If I have too..."

Blackout.
